Hoang Vuong, Chief Executive Officer

Hoang drives the company’s strategy and is passionate about customer satisfaction and product quality. Prior to Unisfair, Hoang served as Chief Revenue Officer and CFO at SideStep, where he managed sales, online marketing and finance. He was instrumental in the company’s revenue growth and eventual acquisition by Kayak. Prior to SideStep, Hoang was at NetIQ as Senior Director of Business Assurance, where he developed the internal audit department, managed merger and acquisition projects, and was responsible for enterprise applications. Hoang’s previous experience includes consulting at Deloitte and Touche and various operations and finance positions at TurboLinux, Foster Farms, and Andersen Consulting. Hoang is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Gil Pry-Dvash, Chief Technology Officer, General Manager Israel

Gil is responsible for overseeing R&D and product management teams at Unisfair’s Israel office. Prior to joining Unisfair, Gil served as GM of IncrediMail Ltd. and was responsible for the technological design and development of the company’s product line and online systems. His extensive experience in managing development teams–combined with his strong technological background–led to the creation of the IncrediMail software and online services. Before IncrediMail, Gil worked for over six years at Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd, where he managed the design and development of the visualization applications of the company’s flagship “eMPower” product line. Gil holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance and a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Stu Schmidt, Vice President, Global Sales & Services

Stu ensures that every client engagement with Unisfair is successful, producing outstanding business results. Stu was previously Vice President of Solutions at WebEx, a role that encompassed Worldwide Professional Services and Sales Support. Stu is also credited with developing the WebEx Selling™ methodology. His career spans 16 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, followed by senior management roles at two large System Integration companies. Stu was COO of the DSM division of OAO Technologies that grew to $150M in annual revenue in 3 years, and was instrumental in their successful IPO in late 1997. Subsequent to that endeavor, he was Senior Partner and co-founder of a sales and marketing consulting firm.

Brent Arslaner, Vice President, Channel Relationships

Brent oversees all Channel Relationships including digital advertising agencies, event marketing firms, solution specialists and media publishers. Prior to leading the Channel team Brent was Vice President of Marketing  and established Unisfair as the leading provider of Virtual Event Solutions. Prior to joining Unisfair, Brent was Vice President of Marketing at Jamcracker, a provider of on-demand delivery solutions. Before Jamcracker, he was Vice President of Product Strategy at Kana Software, where he defined corporate strategy and built strategic partnerships. Brent joined Kana through its acquisition of Broadbase Software, where he was instrumental in driving the IPO process, successfully acquiring and integrating six companies and growing the company to over $100 million in sales. Earlier, Brent held senior marketing positions at PeopleSoft and Intrepid Systems. Brent holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University.
